Your right to cancel
For eligible online orders, you can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after telling us. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.

Sealed personal-use products
Bilisan Oil is supplied as a sealed personal-use product. Where the legal health or hygiene exception applies, the right to cancel may be lost once the seal has been broken. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
How to cancel or return
Email badrbilisan@pm.me with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may also use our model cancellation form. We will provide return instructions where a return is required.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Photographs may help us resolve the issue quickly. Your statutory rights are not restricted by this policy.
Return postage
For an eligible change-of-mind cancellation, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise. If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, return costs are handled in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refund timing
Where a refund is due following a return, we will process it within the period required by applicable consumer law. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the credit.
Delivery charges
Where required by law, the cost of standard outbound delivery is refunded when an eligible online order is cancelled. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, any amount above the standard delivery cost may not be refundable.
Cancelled checkout
If you leave Stripe Checkout without paying, no paid order is created. Any temporary stock reservation is released by our order system.
