Products
We aim to describe our products accurately. Bilisan Oil is a natural product, so colour, aroma, viscosity and appearance may vary between batches. Product images and videos are representative and may not exactly match the product received.
Use and safety
The product is currently offered for external use only. Patch test before wider use, use sparingly, avoid the eyes, keep away from children and stop use if irritation occurs. Website information about traditional use or general characteristics is not medical advice.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP. Where the website states that VAT is included, the displayed price includes VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. An order is treated as paid only after successful payment confirmation.
Stock and order acceptance
All orders are subject to stock availability. Adding an item to checkout does not guarantee availability. We may cancel or refund an order where there is a genuine stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or fulfilment problem.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. International shipments may be delayed by customs. Customers outside the UK are responsible for local duties, taxes, import restrictions and charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
